Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist to join our team at ChristianaCare. As a key member of our Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely diagnostic services to patients and clinicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and interpret a wide range of laboratory tests, including histopathology, cytology, and molecular diagnostics.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control programs to ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advances and technologies in laboratory medicine and apply this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Board certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (AP/CP) or equivalent.
  • Completion of a fellowship program in Surgical Pathology and/or Hematopathology is highly desirable.
  • Ability to obtain licensure in the state of Delaware and meet credentialing requirements.
