Concierge Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Concierge to join our team at Burr Ridge Senior Living. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and their guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct visitors to the front desk in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and transfer calls or take messages as needed.
• Respond to resident and family member questions and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
• Respond to and handle emergency situations in accordance with company protocols.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front lobby and entrance area.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in an office environment, answering phones or customer service preferred.
• Strong technology skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Self-motivated, organized, and professional with excellent communication skills.
