Full-Time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) K-6 Opportunity
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated, full-time virtual SLP to join our dynamic team for the upcoming school year. This is an excellent chance to work with special and general education classrooms at a school district in Rome, NY, while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote position.
About the Role:
- Provide virtual speech and language therapy to K-6 students in both special and general education settings
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students' needs
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to track progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Work closely with classroom teachers and support staff to ensure student success
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current NY SLP license or ability to obtain prior to start date
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Prior experience working with school-aged children (K-6) in special and/or general education settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate virtually
