Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily production schedule execution and ensure compliance with customer and company specifications.
  • Promote continuous improvement processes throughout the facility.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment that promotes quality, productivity, and healthy employee relations.
  • Train line leads and employees on rules, regulations, safety, and job expectations.
  • Resolve employee issues through the grievance process.
  • Recommend recognitions, promotions, or disciplinary actions based on employee performance.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent (GED), college or degree preferred.
  • 5 years of manufacturing experience, 2 years of supervisory experience minimum.
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar systems.
  • Strong math skills and ability to operate machinery and equipment.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
