Job Overview: Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in a school setting. In this role, you will collaborate with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, playing a key role in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Assessment and Diagnosis: Perform comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language needs.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student.
- Therapy Sessions: Provide therapy sessions to address a range of communication challenges.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- IEP Meetings: Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records and track student progress.
- Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Licensure: State licensure or eligibility for licensure in NJ.
- Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are welcome to apply.
