Job Summary

We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our team at Oak Grove Academy in Jasper, FL. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations under the supervision of the Director of Group Living.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure ROP programs are being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State, and Local licensing requirements.
  • Supervise Unit Managers and other staff as appropriate.
  • Manage multiple people and projects.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience in a residential treatment facility setting.
  • Working knowledge of the Positive Operational Culture behavior modification program.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
