The ideal candidate will possess 6+ years of experience in civil engineering related to residential land development projects and have a proven track record of successfully managing schedules and budgets. Strong communication skills, technical expertise, and ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

This position entails:

  • Designing and developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinating with clients, staff, and internal design teams to ensure project deliverables meet expectations
  • Managing project engineers and other team members to achieve project goals
  • Preparing and presenting project updates, reports, and financials
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Professional registration (P.E., L.S., etc.) in one or more states where Timmons Group operates
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
