Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing care in collaboration with the Nurse Manager.
- Administer medications to residents as prescribed.
- Provide direct patient care and execute treatments as necessary.
- Ensure that physician orders are implemented and integrated into the care plan.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident records in accordance with established policies.
- Supervise nursing assistants in resident care activities.
- Train staff on specific care techniques.
- May be required to assume Charge Nurse duties.

Qualifications:
- Valid New York State LPN license.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care or acute care settings.
- Familiarity with regulatory survey processes in nursing.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Availability to work rotating weekends and holidays.

Compensation:
- Pay range: $ /hour based on experience.
