Coffee Roaster

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Roaster to join our team at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. As a Coffee Roaster, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality roasted coffee for our customers.

• Operate and maintain roasting equipment to produce high-quality roasted coffee.
• Monitor and control roasting temperatures, times, and other parameters to achieve optimal flavor and aroma.
• Conduct quality control checks on roasted coffee to ensure it meets our standards.
• Collaborate with the Roasting Team to develop and implement new roasting recipes and techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and sanitation protocols.

• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a coffee roasting facility.
• Intermediate knowledge and skills in computer programs, especially Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
