* Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medication and performing basic patient care procedures
* Organize patient care effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
* Conduct ongoing and systematic assessment data collection, focusing on patient age, physiologic, psychological, and cognitive status
* Develop and implement individualized plans of care, prescribing nursing actions to achieve patient goals

Requirements

* RN licensure
* BCLS certification
* ACLS certification (required for certain units)
* Graduate of an approved school of Nursing
* One year of experience in a department clinical specialty

Preferred Qualifications

* BSN degree
