Responsibilities- Delivering High-Quality Patient Care
- Provide evidence-based nursing practices to ensure safe and excellent delivery of individualized patient-centered care to a diverse patient population.
- Communicate effectively with patients, nursing colleagues, and other healthcare team members regarding patient status, rendered care, and treatment plans.
- Optimizing Patient Experience
- Responsible for optimal patient/guest satisfaction and care experience according to Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
- Administer medications utilizing the latest clinical documentation technology to ensure the safest delivery of medications to our patients.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to manage patient plans of care and goals from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning and continuum of care.
- Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
- Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
- BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
- Must have six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience or be an active participant with Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.
