Gila Regional Medical Center Crisis Response is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team in a Med Surg setting. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to Med Surg patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician
- Participate in shift report and handoff to ensure continuity of care
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the medical record
- Current New Mexico or Multi-State Licensure
- 2+ years of experience as a Med Surg RN
- ACLS and BLS certification
- PALS certification preferred
