Salary and Benefits

We offer a guaranteed biweekly salary during the ramp period or a percentage of collections. Additionally, we provide student loan repayment assistance up to $500/month for specific locations, no lab fees, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA/FSA, short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, and company-paid malpractice insurance coverage.

Job Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of your team. Our practice features modern equipment and technology, including DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, fiber-optic handpieces, and yearly OSHA and HIPAA training. We have a ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider.

Our patient base consists primarily of children and adults, with approximately 30% adult population depending on the location. You will work in an office flow with an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients per day. We accept state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payor mix.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a DDS/DMD from a Commission on Dental Accreditation-accredited program, a valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure, and other required certifications such as CPR, DEA, and nitrous oxide certification (where applicable). A passion for patient care and community service is essential.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
