Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in our Surgical Unit. As a RN, you will utilize your clinical knowledge and skills to assess, diagnose, and treat patients, while promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and developing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
