Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring follow-ups as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
  • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Generate leads, arrange appointments, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
Compensation

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive a competitive salary along with commission and bonuses.

Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in sales (inside or outside sales, retail, or telemarketing).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
  • Interest in marketing tailored products and services based on customer requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passionate about the role of insurance and financial products in helping individuals manage everyday risks, recover from unforeseen events, and achieve their aspirations.
  • Self-driven and capable of working collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Competence in presenting information to potential clients.
  • Knowledge of financial services, life, and health products.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients.
  • Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
