Occupational Therapist Job Description

LHC Group is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in Monroe Township, New Jersey.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations to determine patient rehab potential and identify needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans of care and set goals to be used in the team plan of care.
  • Utilize equipment in a proper and safe manner, maintain equipment inspection, maintenance, and cleaning logs, and report broken or faulty equipment.
  • Follow medical regimens developed for patients, adhere to precautions, and utilize safe treatment techniques.
Requirements:
  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
