We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Mass General Brigham Home Care in Massachusetts.

Job Summary

This full-time position will provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, under the direction of a registered physical therapist. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life
  • Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate services and achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Travel within PHH's geographic area to provide services to patients in their homes

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or home care as a Physical Therapy Assistant. A license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts is also required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Our comprehensive benefits package is designed to meet the needs of our employees.
