Sales Strategy:
As a Regional Sales Head, you will develop and execute sales strategies that drive business results and improve customer relationships. You will work closely with our consumer sales team to identify opportunities, develop sales plans, and execute initiatives to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales plans to achieve individual production goals and collaborate with internal partners and external contacts
- Create an environment through activity-based coaching and performance development to help employees achieve personal/branch goals
- Partner with Assistant Manager and Division Operational to drive sales and outbound sales activities
- Hire, train, and develop branch staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to achieve sales goals
- Conduct daily proof processes to ensure adherence to operational requirements and investigate controllable losses among branch staff
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in sales management or financial industry
- Previous experience in banking or financial industry preferred
- Sales management experience preferred
- Registered or willing to register as mortgage loan originator with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills and analytic skills
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
