Mission Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse ICU Float Pool to join our healthcare team. As a key member of our ICU Float Pool, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of professional nursing care.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Implement medically prescribed interventions and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed.
- Supervise and document patient care and teaching.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program with a commitment to obtaining a BSN within 5 years.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
- One year of hospital nursing experience.
- Masters in Nursing.
- National Certification in area of specialty.
