About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Master Welder to join our team at Cornerstone Building Brands. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality welds on a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate welding settings, gun speed, and gas flow to achieve optimal results
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accuracy
  • Operate overhead cranes and lifting equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain continuous improvement practices in the work area
Requirements
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in welding or related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
