We are seeking a full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain vital signs, including temperature, heart rate, pulse oximetry, blood pressure, and weight.
- Insert saline locks and perform basic and advanced cardiac life support.
- Apply sterile dressings and remove sutures or staples.
- Assist with pelvic examinations, perform EKGs, and cleanse and irrigate wounds.
- Administer oral medications and apply various splints.
- Initiate routine lab tests following provider consultation, swab mucous membranes for cultures, and administer TB skin tests.
- Perform venipuncture and administer medications intramuscularly, subcutaneously, intravenously, and intradermally.
- Stay flexible for cross-training and occasionally take on tasks beyond the usual scope of practice.
- Work Schedule: Thursday, Friday 8a-8p & Saturday 8a-4p
- Compensation: Starting at $21 per hour, depending on experience
