Join Our Team as a Pesticide Specialist
Edgewood Properties is seeking a skilled Pesticide Specialist to join our team. As a Pesticide Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that lawn applications are occurring on schedule and in accordance with state, local, and federal laws governing pesticides.

About the Role
This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You will work closely with our operations manager to manage inventory, ensure compliance with regulations, and apply fertilizers and pesticides to lawns according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory of fertilizers and pesticides
- Ensure all applications are done in accordance with state, local, and federal laws governing pesticides
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides to lawns according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions

Requirements
- NJ Pesticide License (preferred)
- 1-3 years experience in a related field
- Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and to work a minimum of 8 hours a day in a variety of weather conditions performing physical labor
