Job Summary:

As a Nurse Practitioner in our Neurology/Stroke Care team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our ranks.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Neurology/Stroke care to patients, acting as a Nurse Practitioner in the clinic, following established standards and practices with minimal supervision.

Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.

Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.

Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with our medical team.

Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, best practices, and guidelines to provide evidence-based care.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program.

New Mexico Registered Nurse license AND Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse recognition through New Mexico Board of Nursing.
