We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Port X Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of domestic containerized cargo, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the intermodal drayage process, from start to finish, utilizing TMS software and other tools.
  • Assist customers with order status inquiries and special needs, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve problems related to the movement of domestic containerized cargo, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Dispatch drivers locally, managing and scheduling work to meet appointments and cutoffs.
  • Assist drivers with terminal issues related to container/chassis pull and termination.
  • Manage inventory of containers and chassis at various container yards.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a logistics or transportation role.
  • Basic understanding of container drayage and management principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
