Job Summary:

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at US Engine Valve, you will be responsible for designing and specifying advanced electrical, mechanical, and computer-controlled systems to improve manufacturing support and maintenance programs. You will work closely with production equipment and processes to develop process specifications, machine parameters, and plans for scrap reduction and uptime improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design control systems for machine tools, including electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Select capital equipment for manufacturing processes
• Improve current machine tools to increase uptime, improve quality, and increase productivity
• Provide engineering support to production equipment and processes
• Establish programs for cost savings activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required
• Technical knowledge in machine function, processes, control systems, and electrical/electronic systems
• Detailed abilities in capital equipment justification and project planning
• Mentor and develop maintenance personnel
