Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Dialysis Registered Nurse - Float. As a member of our team, you will provide nursing care, training, and home support to our patients. You will work collaboratively with our team members, skilled nursing home facility representatives, and dedicated Nephrologists to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care, training, and home support to patients
  • Collect and record relevant patient health data
  • Develop and maintain a plan of care that describes interventions to attain expected outcomes
  • Implement and record interventions to attain expected outcomes in EMR
  • Perform laboratory collection, processing, and shipping procedures
  • Perform clerical tasks in addition to patient care
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude to all patients and colleagues
  • Occasional travel to other nearby locations
  • Medication administration and documentation
Requirements
  • BS/AA/diploma in nursing with at least 12 months of experience (3 months in hemodialysis) preferred
  • Valid RN license
  • Valid drivers license and transportation
  • Ability to travel covering multiple locations
  • BLS certification
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
