Position: Sports Medicine Associate Sales RepresentativeGeneral Summary:

Reporting directly to a Sales Director, the Associate Sales Representative will immerse themselves in the intricacies of equipment, products, and procedures through various business support functions. These include assisting with case coverage, ensuring optimal performance of capital equipment, conducting customer training sessions, managing equipment logistics, and inventory oversight. This role may involve supporting a single Sales Representative, multiple representatives within a designated area, or an entire district. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to cultivate strong professional relationships and promote both capital and annuity products. A proactive approach to personal development and engagement with Field Sales Trainers and Endoscopy Sales Representatives is essential for mastering the required technical and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the territory sales team to maximize selling opportunities for the territory sales representative.
  • Provide case coverage for Sales Representatives and deliver moderate sales assistance.
  • Support the upkeep of Endoscopy equipment and offer technical guidance to clinical personnel as needed.
  • Manage inventory logistics as directed.

Actively seek and engage in sales opportunities by fostering relationships with key clinical personnel. Prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver technical information to surgeons in alignment with product manuals and usage instructions.

Qualifications:Education:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in sales is desirable.
