Job Title: Contract Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Program Manager to join our team at Garud Technology Services. As a Contract Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple contracts and programs, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide program management capability and professional business relations with a diverse customer base and across a multi-disciplined team.
  • Formulate and enforce work standards, assign schedules, review work discrepancies, and communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
  • Integrate and coordinate all activities needed to execute requirements, including timeliness, completeness, and quality of problem identification, Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), timely identification and resolution of issues, effective/responsive management of Subcontractors, overall customer satisfaction, and professional and ethical behavior.
  • Manage and maintain contractor interface with the senior levels of the customer's organization.
  • Consult with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations.
  • Develop and maintain an effective Project Management Plan and Quality Control (QC) program to include a schedule of deliverables and monthly reporting requirements.
  • Manage Profit/Loss contract responsibilities.
  • Support Business Development opportunities that are related to the individual's assigned contract and personal expertise.
Requirements:
  • TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Master's degree required.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years' recent and relevant experience managing the subject task in a contract of similar size and scope.
  • Microsoft Office product proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting cyber security related organizations.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required.
Location:

Hybrid schedule with expectation to report into one of the offices located in the National Capital Region.

Citizenship and Security Clearance Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Ability to pass DHS Background Investigation.
