Key Responsibilities
  • Complete orientation and intakes with offenders, ensuring a smooth transition into our program.
  • Collaborate with community partners to provide quality reintegration services, addressing the unique needs of each individual.
  • Provide referrals and education on available services, empowering offenders to make informed decisions about their care.
  • Communicate effectively with both Spectrum and Sheriff's Department staff, utilizing the chain of command to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete well-written notes in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with ECSD rules and regulations.
  • Facilitate daily groups, providing education and support to offenders in need.
  • Comply with all ECSD rules, regulations, and procedures, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Monitor offenders' compliance with programming and check-ins, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
  • Participate in mandatory trainings and meetings for Spectrum and Sheriff's Department, staying up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
  • Assist in training new clinicians, sharing your expertise and knowledge to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, human services, education, or a closely related field.
  • Knowledge of substance use disorders is highly preferred.
  • Reliable transportation to arrive at work on time, ensuring punctuality and professionalism.
