- Monitor offenders' compliance with programming and check-ins, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Participate in mandatory trainings and meetings for Spectrum and Sheriff's Department, staying up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Assist in training new clinicians, sharing your expertise and knowledge to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, human services, education, or a closely related field.
- Knowledge of substance use disorders is highly preferred.
- Reliable transportation to arrive at work on time, ensuring punctuality and professionalism.
