Customer Service and Warehouse Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service and Warehouse Specialist to join our team at Dal-Tile, the largest manufacturer of tile and natural stone in the United States. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring seamless warehouse operations.

Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, including waiting on customers, assisting with order requirements, answering inquiries, and processing payments.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Process payments, reconcile DSRs, prepare bank deposits, balance petty cash, and maintain accurate records.
- Enter customer orders, create plant/RDC orders, and complete stock replenishment orders.
- Operate crane forklift equipment to ensure efficient material handling.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of customer service and warehouse experience.
- Crane Forklift Experience.
