Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary expert on employee benefits, including healthcare options, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Facilitate and oversee all communications related to open enrollment and annual benefits enrollment.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact between employees and benefit providers.
  • Handle the processing of invoices and payments to benefit brokerage firms.
  • Manage state-specific leave requests and related documentation.
  • Establish and oversee employee commuter benefit programs.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resource Director to enhance benefits offerings for all employees.
  • Maintain and manage data feeds between Ranpak and external benefit partners.
  • Generate and manage automated benefits reports within the HRIS system.
  • Oversee COBRA benefits administration.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of employee benefits and relevant legislation.
  • Strong multitasking abilities while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software systems, particularly UKG, is preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
  • Experience with UKG or Ultipro is advantageous.
