Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement therapeutic interventions for residents with varying degrees of disabilities to alleviate discomfort, enhance functionality, and foster recovery.
  • Ensure that all therapeutic services are provided in alignment with a comprehensive care plan.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment protocols and progress.
  • Evaluate patient responses to therapeutic activities and adjust plans as necessary.

Qualifications
