As a key member of the Simplicity Group team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new advisors, maintaining existing relationships, and guiding them towards increased production using our market-leading tools and consultative sales process.

You will work closely with insurance and investment professionals to provide consumers with guaranteed income and life insurance products, wealth accumulation strategies, disability, and long-term care protection in support of a holistic financial strategy.

With over $10 billion of assets under management and advisement as of Q3 2024, Simplicity Group has established itself as a leading player in the independent financial services sector. As an Advisory Development Consultant, you will play a crucial role in expanding our distribution network and helping our partners grow their businesses through organic growth initiatives and strategic acquisitions.

">About the Job

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field, along with a basic understanding of financial markets and retirement trends. They should be able to use social media effectively to increase sales, pass insurance and/or securities examinations, and demonstrate strong communication, telephonic, and self-starter skills.

We offer a competitive annual salary of $50,000, variable compensation eligibility, and a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k with employer match.
