**Job Description**

As a Dedicated Nursing Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Checking each resident routinely to ensure their personal care needs are being met in accordance with their wishes
  2. Reviewing patient care plans daily to determine if changes have been made
  3. Informing the nurse supervisor of any changes in the resident's condition
  4. Assisting residents with daily needs, including preparation for activities and transporting them to appointments
  5. Maintaining confidentiality of all resident care information
  6. Effectively communicating necessary resident information to charge nurses, director of nursing, and administrator

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A 10th-grade education or above
  • A licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in this state
