Job Overview

This role will report to the Director of Engineering and is a vital part of our Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team player with proven knowledge of plastic processing machines and auxiliary equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in plastic processing machines and equipment.
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on plastic processing machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Test machines and equipment for proper functioning.
  • Accurately troubleshoot issues that arise during production and respond quickly.
  • Maintain and update preventative maintenance schedules in IQMS.
  • Actively participate in creating and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Install and transfer equipment as assigned.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of practical maintenance experience.
  • Associates Degree, Trade or Technical School, or Equivalent preferred.
  • Processing and injection molding classes or certifications a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience with injection molding equipment, assembly process, and auxiliary equipment.
  • Demonstrated practical knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems in injection molding manufacturing environments.
  • Experience working on robots and automation equipment.
  • Proven workload and time management skills with a history of completing projects accurately and on-time.
  • Excellent communication skills.
