Responsibilities:- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, toileting, hair care, and nail care.
- Provide support with ambulation and escort residents to and from dining, activity, and transportation areas.
- Assist with meal service, including setup, serving, and delivery of meal trays.
- Perform housekeeping duties, including making beds, turning down beds, and maintaining clean working areas.
- Supervise and document medication administration, including recording self-administration of medication.
- Document and report significant changes in resident condition to the Director of Nursing.
- Participate in emergency response and disaster preparedness efforts.
