Job Title: Swim InstructorJob Summary

Atlanta Swim Academy is seeking a motivated and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming skills to students of all ages and abilities. This is a part-time position with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead small groups of swimmers through a series of progressively challenging swim skills.
  • Plan and effectively organize class time through lesson plans.
  • Teach and lead with encouragement and positive reinforcement.
  • Communicate with parents and swimmers on progress towards goals.
  • Cooperate with teammates and participate in ongoing trainings.
  • Enforce all facility policies, rules and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Knowledge of swimming skills and mechanics.
  • Excellent communication skills with children and adults.
  • Comfortable working with children of all ages.
  • Ability to lead and motivate.
  • Certification in American Red Cross Lifeguard Training, CPR, and First Aid (training and course will be available for candidates after hiring).
