Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Comprehensive Patient Care: Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and counsel patients on healthcare and medication needs.
  • Drive Sales and Profit: Ensure effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, and inventory management to drive sales and profit in the pharmacy and OTC areas.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Model and enforce member service approaches, provide direction and guidance, and develop talent to ensure the success of our pharmacy team.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality: Analyze and interpret reports, implement and monitor loss prevention and safety controls, and oversee quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP) certification.
  • Experience: Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program and pharmacy license (by job entry date).

  • Competitive Pay: Annual salary range of $112,000.00-$197,000.00.
