Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team at First Student Shared Services. As a Mechanic, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with vehicles
  • Assist with mobile emergency services as needed
  • Complete work orders and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience working with automotive, diesel, electric, or CNG vehicles
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to obtain a CDL (training provided)
  • Mechanic's tool set and ability to lift 50 pounds
  • ASE testing and certification a plus
