Radiography Technologist Part Time Position

We are seeking a Radiology Technologist to join our team at HCA South Atlantic Division. As a Radiology Technologist, you will perform radiological diagnostic procedures as outlined by the Radiologist.

As an integral member of the multidisciplinary team that makes up Medical Imaging, you will have a significant impact on the improvement of human life.

You will prepare patients for radiological procedures by positioning patients, adjusting immobilization devices, moving equipment into a specified position, and adjusting equipment controls to set exposure factors.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Minimizing radiation to patients and staff by practicing radiation safety
  • Operating diagnostic equipment, processing images, and preparing rooms with the necessary equipment and supplies for procedures
  • Graduating from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
  • Having a valid SCRQSA in Radiology
  • Having a minimum of 1 year's experience as a Radiology Technologist (preferably)
