Primary Care Physician

Job Summary:
This is a traditional outpatient primary care medicine practice supporting patients from surrounding communities.
The Role:
- Outpatient: Primary Care including office consults, annual visits, follow-up appointments, and in-office procedures
- Work-life balance with a 4-day work week
- Full range of population from pediatric- to geriatric-aged patients
- Medical Assistants and Advanced Practice Clinical support
- Call is light and shared | Triage RN call
Required Qualifications:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Unrestricted WA license or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Current DEA or ability to obtain prior to start date
- We welcome 2024 and 2025 Family or Internal Medicine Grads
- Current BLS, ACLS certification
- EMR Proficient – EPIC preferred

We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefit package including medical malpractice coverage and tail policy, generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and holidays, CME time and dollars, medical, dental, and vision benefits, company-paid life insurance, bonus potential.
Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $249,728 to $355,092 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
