Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals, needs, and abilities.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patients' independence in activities of daily living, mobility, and fine motor skills.
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and physical therapists, to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current valid license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
- IEP experience is preferred but not required.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
- 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.
- Relocation assistance (if applicable).
