Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated CNC Programming Specialist who is passionate about enhancing the skills of our CNC production team while engaging in programming tasks. This position is pivotal in supporting our production operations through technical expertise in CNC programming, machining, and milling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine CNC programs to optimize production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure precision in production processes.
  • Assist CNC operators in improving their techniques and processes.
  • Interpret technical drawings and apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) standards.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve CNC programming challenges.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Mastercam programming.
  • Extensive background in both manual and CNC milling operations.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills related to CNC programming and machining.
  • Proficient organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Solid mathematical skills and a comprehensive understanding of machining principles.
  • Ability to work effectively within our established value system.
  • Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials as needed.
