About the Role:
Norton Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit team. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families.
- Supervise and mentor licensed and non-licensed staff members to ensure optimal patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Associate Nursing degree from an accredited program.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Kentucky.
