About the Role

As an Emergency Room Registered Nurse Navigator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care and navigation services to patients and families in the emergency department
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Providing education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited program
  • At least six months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse
  • A current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License
  • Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
