Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in enhancing students' communication skills and fostering their educational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address various communication disorders.
  • Provide direct therapy services, consulting with teachers and families to optimize students' learning experiences.
  • Record maintenance and monitoring of student progress.
  • Active participation in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribution to the creation and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Caseload Information:

  • Students served: Kindergarten through 8th grade.
  • Caseload: Approximately 50-60 students.
  • Support: Para support available.
  • Number of school sites: Four schools in our district.

Requirements:

  • Educational background: Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certifications: CCC-SLP or CF-SLP.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
  • New graduates: Open to Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows.
