The estimated salary for this position is $20 per hour. Our team members receive competitive pay rates, free pass(es) for employees, free ski lessons, and 40% retail discounts.

We are looking for motivated individuals who can make quick decisions, multitask, and anticipate issues. The ideal candidate should be physically capable of assisting guests while loading lifts and able to stand outside in a mountain environment for long periods of time.

About the Role

• Continuously monitor the safety of passengers while providing instruction and customer service in the safe loading and unloading of lifts;
• Operate lift to ensure that optimal chair capacity is achieved as determined by Lift Operations guidelines and performance reporting;
• Proactively notify maintenance/dispatch of repair or maintenance needs;
