Job Title: Lead Cloud Developer

Genesis10 is seeking a highly skilled Lead Cloud Developer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to understand their cloud-based needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Design and develop cloud-based infrastructure and applications using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud-based solutions with existing systems.
  • Develop and implement machine learning models using Google Vertex AI and Python in an application of Generative AI.
  • Experience building and improving Information Retrieval and Ranking, Machine Learning, Embedding systems.
  • Experience in indexing, retrieval, and ranking stacks.
  • Understanding of LLM fine-tuning, distillation, data generation, and prompt engineering across a large variety of tasks.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, partnering with groups (e.g., Engineering, Product Management, AI COE, UX and UI), and brokering trade-offs with stakeholders and understanding their needs.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 15 years of experience in software development.
  • 5 years of experience in driving technical collaboration across multiple teams and organizations.
