Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in our Nampa, ID location. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a motivated patient population and enjoy a range of benefits, including guaranteed pay, paid orientation, PTO, and annual pay increases.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, client-centered care to individuals, couples, and families
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, including a minimum of 25 sessions per week
Requirements
  • Independent license in Idaho as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care
