About the JobThis Labor and Delivery RN position is an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses to work in a dynamic environment and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients. As a Labor and Delivery RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring a safe and efficient delivery process.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to Labor and Delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in emergency situations, such as code blues and obstetric emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including vital signs, medication administration, and lab results.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication.
- 1-2 years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week.
